Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once your cancellation request is received and processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing time.

To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately after placing your order. We cannot guarantee cancellations for orders that have already entered the shipping process. In such cases, you may need to follow our standard return procedure after receiving the item.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase, such as the original receipt or order confirmation email.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items returned without an RMA number may not be processed. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

Refunds

After we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed after we receive your return. The exact timing of when the credit appears in your account depends on your financial institution's policies.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs and refund the original shipping charges. Sale items may only be eligible for store credit at our discretion.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check with your bank or credit card company. Some financial institutions may require additional time to process the refund. If you've done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us with your order details, and we will investigate the matter.

For credit card payments, we can only refund to the original card used for purchase. If that card has been canceled or replaced, you will need to contact your card issuer to determine how the refund will be handled. For other payment methods, please ensure you've provided us with accurate account information.
